This Cookie Policy explains how Hyvery, Inc. (“Hyvery,” “we,” “us“) uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies“) on our websites and SaaS platform (web UI, mobile web, and APIs) (the “Services“). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Scope & Role
• For our marketing websites and Hyvery-owned pages, Hyvery is a controller.
• For Customer-configured product tenants, Hyvery typically acts as a processor/service provider; Customer administrators may enable certain integrations that set their own Cookies.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website.
Local Storage / Session Storage are browser storage mechanisms used for similar purposes.
Web beacons / pixels are small code snippets that monitor usage.
SDKs / device IDs serve similar purposes in mobile apps.
We use the term Cookies to include all of the above where applicable.
We use Cookies to:
Operate the Services (authentication, session management, load balancing, fraud/security).
Remember preferences (locale, theme, dismissed banners).
Measure performance (aggregate analytics to improve reliability and UX).
Support communications (customer support chat/email preferences).
Hyvery does not sell personal information and does not use advertising/retargeting Cookies on our core product by default. If a Customer enables third‑party integrations (e.g., maps, messaging, analytics), those providers may set their own Cookies—see §6.
Strictly Necessary — required for core functions (sign‑in, CSRF protection, load balancing, security). These cannot be switched off.
Functional / Preferences — remember choices such as language, time zone, UI settings.
Performance / Analytics — help us understand usage (e.g., feature adoption, error rates) in aggregate.
Security & Fraud Prevention — detect abuse, unusual activity, or suspicious patterns.
Advertising / Targeting — not used by default on the product. Marketing sites may use limited campaign attribution Cookies with consent where required.
EEA/UK/Swiss: We obtain prior consent for non‑essential Cookies (Functional, Analytics, Advertising). You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer or banner.
United States (CPRA and similar): You may opt out of sharing for cross‑context behavioral advertising. Hyvery does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC)signals on our websites.
All regions: You can control Cookies via your browser settings; blocking Strictly Necessary Cookies may break sign‑in or essential features.
Consent records are stored and refreshed at least every 12 months (or earlier if material changes occur).
Instructions:
Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
You may also clear site data and cached storage from your browser at any time. Some features may not function without essential Cookies.
Some features or Customer‑enabled integrations may set Cookies (e.g., identity providers for SSO, error/performance monitoring, maps, messaging). These are governed by the third party’s own policies. Customer administrators control which integrations are active in their tenant. Where third‑party Cookies are used on Hyvery‑owned pages, they are disclosed in the preference center and require consent where applicable.
Note: Actual Cookies vary by product area and configuration. For the current list, see the in‑product Cookie Preferences center.

Our mobile apps may use SDKs that collect device identifiers and app telemetry for crash analytics and performance. OS‑level settings allow you to reset identifiers or limit ad tracking. App settings may provide additional controls.
Session Cookies expire when you close your browser or sign out.
Persistent Cookies remain until their set expiration (typically 13 months or less for analytics/preferences) unless deleted earlier by you.
Consent logs are retained as required by law and our compliance program.
Browsers may offer Do Not Track (DNT) signals; the industry lacks a common standard, so we do not respond to DNT. We do honor GPC signals for California and similar jurisdictions to the extent required.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change. Material changes will be communicated via banner, in‑app notice, or email where appropriate.
